About Me

My journey began in science and grew into strategy.

My career began in 1996 as a microbiologist, where I developed a disciplined mindset around precision, accountability, and service. Over the years, that foundation evolved into leadership roles that connected clinical thinking with commercial execution, operations, and business transformation.

Today, I focus on helping organizations create clarity during complexity, strengthening execution, and building sustainable growth with a people-first leadership approach.

Milestones that shaped a leadership career.

1996 – 2001

Stepped into the role of Microbiologist, at Tamil Nadu Hospital, under the mentorship of Dr. Rathi Lawrence, CE.

2001 – 2007

Took on the responsibility of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at JSP Hospital, contributing to its growth from 30 to 76 beds.

2007 - 2011

Was honoured as the best performer, rewarded with a sleek new laptop which is notable in the 2000s. As an administrator at Parvathy Hospital, I witnessed the hospital bed’s capacity double (50 - 100), underscoring our commitment.

2011- 2015

From assistant manager at Vasan HealthCare Private Limited to Head of Operations at Fortis Healthcare, my career took a significant leap. Same year I was humbled to receive the “Ownership award” for my leadership, by Malvinder Mohan Singh, the chairman of Fortis Healthcare.

2020 - 2023

These 3 years, I took on the responsibility of Chief strategist at JOGO Health, South East Asia, where I was heavily involved in strengthening stakeholder relations, resource management and finance management.
